I have located a HUD home that is available but must write offer by this Sunday 8/17/08 by 11:59 p.m. I need owner financing but have income and some down. If someone would be willing to loan cash money to buy, I would be willing to have payments on loan with interest directly debited out of my pay check along with additional above if required. I can make these payments easily. I would need approximately 55,000 to purchase this property. You could hold lien, property is worth at least 75,000 - 90,000. Needs minor repairs like carpet, paint, two doors- we have materials to fix these ourselves as well as additional to make this a showplace. Although we would want it to be our permanent home till death do us part. Please help, this place is perfect for us. Husband had illness and we lost everything.
